After making your reservation you will immediately receive an invoice confirming your reservation. This invoice is forwarded to the e-mail address used/stated whilst making your reservation. The invoice contains both your reservation number and invoice number. When the final instalment has been paid we will promptly forward your voucher (proof of reservation) by mail. This needs to be printed out and handed to the hotel upon arrival.
Conditions
The reservation agreement is binding for both parties when the deposit or the amount agreed by yourholidayaccommodation.com has been received. By paying the deposit the customer confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions of the holiday as described by yourholidayaccommodation.com. If the full amount is not received by the due date yourholidayaccommodation.com can without warning cancel the reservation. After cancellation no rights to fulfilment of the former reservation will be honoured by yourholidayaccommodation.com. Deposits are non-refundable.
Occupancy
The total number of people residing as per the written confirmation must not be exceeded without special agreement with yourholidayaccommodation.com prior to arrival. All changes must be approved by yourholidayaccommodation.com. This is also applicable for residences that cater for more people than stated in the confirmation.
